Singapore PMAX ONE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibility:
HR
- Provide assistance on daily operations of HR duties & functions
- Create personal file for onboarding staff & conduct HR orientation
- Update employee records (annual leave, medical leave, claims, salary adjustment etc.)
- Responsible for preparing Employment and all other HR relevant letters for signatory and recording purposes
- Assist in preparing and verifying the monthly overtime document for payroll processing
- Assist in the I-report submission and yearly hearing test to MOM
- Manage exit interview, staff clearance when necessary

ADMIN
- Responsible for all insurance renewal such as Personal Accident, Workman Compensation, Public Liability, Group Hospitalisation & Surgical.
- Manage the season parking/access card/vehicle road tax & insurance processes
- Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

FINANCE
- Prepare Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Personal Claims and other relevant accounting reports.
- Provide general office administrative support such as filing, data entry, scanning of documents, purchasing of stationery, depositing cheques etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Independent, resourceful & a good team player is a must
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learn.
- Good time management
