**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Finance & HR Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and supporting HR administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Finance**
- Handling accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, reporting, month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of all financial data.
- Assist to prepare GST and tax reporting.
- To liaise with external stakeholders e.g. banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and external vendors/contractors.
- Support in audit preparation and other accounting/financial tasks as required.
**HR / Admin**
- Support HR operations.
- Maintain HR records and company documentations.
- Provide general office administrative/HR support as required.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent accounting certification.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience.
- Knowledge of Xero is compulsory.
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Able to keep a full set of account.
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
