**About the Role**
Join our growing team as a motivated, customer-focused **Sales Executive**. Help homeowners create stylish, functional spaces with premium fittings, lighting, ceiling fans, and other lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on product features, finishes, compatibility, and installation
- Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, interior designers (ID), and contractors
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, close sales, and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain an inviting, well-presented showroom that highlights our curated range
- Stay updated on trends, new product launches, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Track leads, update CRM records, and prepare sales performance reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience (interior, lighting, kitchen, or sanitaryware industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for home improvement and strong product knowledge
- Independent, team-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (with weekdays off)
