- Maintain accurate data in customer and warehouse systems
- Generate and submit reports on inventory, orders, and billing
- Track customer orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Respond to customer communications and escalate when needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing
- Assist with billing and inventory reports
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve order issues
- Support interdepartmental coordination to meet customer service goals
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Nitec in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration/ other relevant field of study
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and critical thinking
- Able to multitask and work independently
