**What it's about**

In this role, you will be based in Singapore, further developing Partners Group's Private Wealth efforts in APAC and reporting into the Head Private Wealth, APAC. Amid strong growth in this client segment, Partners Group is looking to expand its footprint in the regions. This joint mandate includes managing existing and developing new relationships and fundraising opportunities. This position demands a high degree of collaboration with the global Partners Group team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and managing relationships with new Private Wealth partners such as regional/local banks as well as wealth and asset managers across relevant stakeholders
- Sourcing and leading strategic distribution projects and product initiatives, coordinating day-to-day interactions across open-ended and closed-ended funds
- Map out investor landscape, plan and undertake regular cold call campaigns
- Understanding and presenting the full range of Partners Group's solutions to partner organizations including operational and regulatory features of a product/project
- Closely collaborating with the APAC Private Wealth team and the broader Private Wealth platform (Portfolio Solutions, Structuring), as well as with the Consultants team to support future growth of the Private Wealth client segment
- Contributing to global strategic efforts such as digital client engagement and fintech enablement as well as new product ideas
- Becoming an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes

- Demonstrated career history of loyalty, tenure and success in roles of increased complexity and responsibility
- Strong network of relationships with senior decision makers within the Wealth Management segment
- A demonstrable and quantifiable track record of consistently raising assets with this client group
- Understanding of decision processes, stakeholders and market dynamics
- A broad understanding of different private markets asset classes
- Experience in managing and developing a multi-cultural team across several locations
- Outstanding project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines, articulating ideas and positions in a structured manner
- Agile and fast paced and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and driven environment
- High energy; willingness to travel
- Fluent in English. Fluency in other Asian language(s) are a plus.
