**Responsibilities**:

- To provide administrative support and coordination to the project management team in the execution of the customer program.
- Attend customer complain and provide necessaries solution
- Act as primary point of contact for the customer on operational and performance issues.
- Monitor project performance to customer requirements and expectations.
- Issue regular reports on program performance.
- Coordinate work of various functional groups such as Operations, IT, Quality.
- Identify areas of non-conformance and develop remedial plans.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner via a customer-defined escalation process and coordination of internal resources.
- Conduct regular meetings with Operations/Business managers to ensure customer needs and timelines are achieved.
- To monitor and follow up with functional departments on the progress of the work, updating the status of project plan and where appropriate to identify the relevant activities and critical items having significant impact on the project deliverables.
- Support administration works of project management team where applicable
- Responsible for the inquiry, order through to delivery
- Able to coordinate between departments on the progress of the work to update and keep track of the project plans
- Orders and delivery dates Management
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
