Training Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Support the training and Development department in day to day planning and execution of all training and programmes.
- Responsible for managing enrolment, handling enquiries, tracking attendance, facilitating registration, issuing certifications, and processing refunds.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate, organize and facilitate the activities such as induction, onboarding procedures, and informative presentations/talks.
- Monitor feedback and track effectiveness of learning programmes.
- Engage with both internal and external trainers to establish and coordinate course schedules, content, resources and managing logístical arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline in Adult Education.
- Preferably with more than two years of working experience in a Learning & Development or Training position.
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google workspace, and common video-conferencing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on and able to multi-task in a lean structure.
- Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
