**Role & Responsibilities**:
The Manager Occupational Health (OH), APAC Region will manage a team of contractors across the region, seeking to optimize Occupational Health resource deployment against strategic objectives. S/he assumes stewardship and is accountable for the daily management of Occupational Health contractors, 3rd party contract management, and OH compliance across his/her region.

The Manager Occupational Health (OH), APAC Region, will routinely collaborate with business leaders in his/her region. S/he will be a key liaison with contractors, EHS, Facilities, Human Resources, and Operational Leaders.
- Responsible for successful implementation of the local Occupational health strategy in support of business objectives.
- Is accountable for the local delivery of agreed-to Occupational health metrics and outcomes.
- Partners with site and Regional EHS Leaders to build a lean, highly proficient GHS team that delivers GHS services to all facilities within the region.
- Brings value by driving greater efficiency and standardization in the deployment of GHS resources, processes, procedures, and programs using a regional construct.
- Responsible for OH contractor and contract management and performance across the region.
- Leads and executes key OH management activities including Talent Management,
- Regional Budget Management, Cost allocation, and regulatory tracking processes.
- Collaborates with site and Regional EHS Leaders on contract staff hiring, management, and workload distribution.
- Conducts periodic performance and service quality reviews with Site leaders.
- Routinely engages business leaders to review Employee’s health performance and surveillance compliance.
- Cultivates an atmosphere of willingness and information sharing to encourage a culture of high awareness, visibility, and diligence with respect to OH matters.

**Qualifications** Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Nursing, Occupational Health, or related health care field
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in occupational health, health & wellness, corporate health, or related function
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as a supervisor
- Travel Requirements: Up to 50% within the region
- Knowledge of APAC Regional OH regulations
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate data and challenge results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information in an easily understood manner
- Strong compliance orientation
- Experience partnering and influencing at all levels within the business
- Ability to work in a matrix, team-oriented environment
- Language Requirements: English required

**Preferred**:

- Advanced degree in Nursing or Occupational Health related field
- Certifications in Occupational Health
- Six Sigma, FPX certification
- Language Requirements: at least one region-appropriate language
- Multi-site OH (Occupational Health) experience or multi regional experience in positions of increasing responsibility
- Experience in leading employee campaigns and initiatives, technically and digitally savvy
- Experience with or exposure to regional program development/deployment/initiation
- Experience in designing elegant customer experiences and management to ensure product usability
