-Family Group: Allied Health**Position**: Occupational Therapist
**Department**: Occupational Therapy Department
You will perform appropriate assessments to set rehabilitation goals and plan intervention programmes, as well as conduct individual and group-based interventions to improve functional ability. You will also produce functional reports for discharge planning and work with a multidisciplinary team and multi-agencies to ensure continuity of care and community integration.

- Competent in multi-agency collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and teamwork skills
- Able to work well independently**
**Educational and Professional Requirements**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy which is registrable with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.
- Competent in using different therapeutic modalities in mental health group work - relevant work experience in mental health will be an advantage.
- Passionate to work with persons with mental health conditions.
