Fundraising, Distribution and Investor Relations for a Global Real Estate Fund
- Singapore based
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential
Redpath Partners are currently representing an international real estate private equity business headquartered in Singapore, and with an expanding portfolio across Asia Pacific. The fund has consistently raised money year-on-year across various products and now seeks to add a fundraising and investor relations professional to the team to report into senior leadership.
Role;
- Fundraising across several real estate strategies from a global investor base
- Assist the MDs to source capital from investors from Asia, The Middle East, Europe and North America
- Leverage relationships with existing LPs
- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with institutional investors across the globe
- Developing strategies and marketing for new products across strategies
- Assist with presentations and road shows with potential and current investors
- Managing client on-boarding including due diligence and legal procedures
- Take a lead on investor reporting and communications
- Work closely with client services and investment teams internally to keep CRM and databases up to date.
Requirement;
- University degree in a related discipline
- At least eight years of experience in investor relations or investment banking in the real estate sector
- An existing network within the LP community
- Familiar with the Asia real estate markets, and able to discuss trends and cycles in those markets
- A deep understanding of competitive Fund products in the market
- An understanding of investor sentiment
- Strong relationship building, networking and presentation skills
- Comfortable presenting complex business ideas to sophisticated audiences
- Ability to act autonomously, be proactive and think laterally to solve problems
