**Responsibilities**:

- Able to take ownership and responsibility for developing and scripting of build and deployment tools.
- Any prior experience of creating build and deployment pipelines for a distributed micro services architecture.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Willingness and ability to tackle complex environment support issues.
- An experienced Back End java developer.
- A team player, capable of engaging with other teams,
- Experience With ADO tools a Strong Plus.
- Experience of developing financial markets systems is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years hands on development preferably within investment banking.
- Core Java.
- Solid scripting skills, Unix shell script / Python
- Jenkins Build pipelines (Groovy, Maven, yarn, npm)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps (Build and Deployment processes)
- Experience in micro-services and container technologies (preferably OpenShift or Docker)
- Kafka Experience is a plus
- Experience with distributed data stores particularly Cassandra is a plus
