Sembawang, Singapore GENIC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Scope**
- Plan, execute & oversee inspection & test of products to verify conformance with specification.
- Assist operation team in tracking, documenting & reporting quality level for in-process, environmental, health & safety matters.
- Investigate product complaints & reported quality issue to ensure closure in accordance with company guideline & external (customer) requirements.
- Develop/update company complaint & inspection procedure to ensure capture, investigation & proper documentation.
- Monitor risk management procedure and use problem logs to identify and report recurring issue to management & product development.
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team, focusing on system, policies, procedures & core process.
- Assist the QC Manager during internal audit, external Quality Audit and audit to subcontractors.
- Handle quality issues that may arise in different trades and able to provide solutions acceptable to the client.
- Conduct root cause analysis during an occurrence of issue to identify causes with quality tools capabilities.
- Develop and implement production quality standards and procedures.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers.
- Handle projects related to quality control and safety.
- Review technicians’ records and reports, and ensure accurate input of data.
- Ad-hoc matter(s) assistance & support.

**Requirements**:

- Well knowledge of quality methodology; such as ISO 9001 Quality System, quality tools, quality control and report writing.
- A minimum of 3 years experiences.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good quality skill (theory, practical & communication).
- Strong understanding of quality standards and equipment’s.
- Singaporean

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,400.00 per month
