**Overview**

SWAT is growing quickly and operates in Singapore, Japan, Philippines, Thailand and other SEA countries. We are tackling some of the most challenging transport/logistics problems in the world’s most congested cities.

We are looking for _a Growth & Strategy Manager _to play a key role in the rapid expansion and growth of SWAT.

**Duties**
- Drive efforts to identify, develop and drive business level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and market share growth
- Co-develop and pursue commercial opportunities alongside the COO
- Support regional BD/Sales teams and leading initiatives to accelerate growth in the regions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve outcomes required for business growth
- Identify, collaborate and manage external partners to drive win-win propositions
- Work with COO on internal strategic and business planning initiatibes
- Maintain current knowledge of developments, trends, competitive environment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in business management, project management, commercial strategy, partnership or management consulting role
- Strong business acumen and ability to execute key strategic initiatives internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple business units and functions
- Solution oriented - able to think creatively on your feet to match SWAT’s technology to client/partner’s needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills; confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior level contacts
- Fast learner and technologically savvy, able to pick up basic technical knowledge
- Team player - able to pick up the slack to cover others as needed
- Proficiency in MS Office or Apple or Google Suite tools
- Experience within technology startups, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and/or transportation highly-desired
