**International Product Lead, Messaging - International Business Unit**

**We are looking for an experienced product lead for our Global Product Operations team.**

As the International Product Lead for Messaging, you will be responsible for helping define and prioritize international configuration needs in the Messaging product area, which focuses on leveraging third-party messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Line to help grow Indeed’s user base and increase engagement with our products. The team is based in Japan and Singapore, but you will also collaborate with stakeholders in EMEA and the US.

You will do so by acting as a bridge between our country teams operating the platform and the teams building the platform. You will ensure that product needs in your area escalated by country teams are investigated, prioritized and turned into appropriate product requirements for the platform teams. You will champion the needs of non-technical country experts with other teams and use your influence to ensure the solutions being built will be successful internationally.

**Your day-to-day will include**
- Creating a strategy for how to make your product area successful internationally, getting cross-functional alignment, and executing against that plan individually and through other leads
- Partnering with country teams made up of product analysts by understanding the market needs they escalate and translating them into clear, configuration requirements for Indeed’s product development teams
- Collaborating with product managers of teams you partner with to help them understand exactly what International problems are and helping them prioritize
- Assimilating extensive qualitative and quantitative input from multiple stakeholders and building a roadmap
- Analyzing data through a vast source of internal tools to gain a deeper understanding of how products are used, understand cross-market patterns, and understand how tests are performing
- Considering trade-offs between various metrics in experiments and making decisions that best help people get jobs
- Communicating priorities and progress to stakeholders and leaders across various organizations

**Who You Are**:

- 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent including launching products internationally
- A/B testing experience and skills in data analysis, as well as making decisions and discovering insights from data.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and productive partnerships with product managers and business stakeholders
- Clear, effective, and responsive (fast) communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working across multiple teams and a large set of stakeholders.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Singapore 113,000 - 165,000 SGD per year
