- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze competitor data, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Spearhead the development of go-to-market plans for new markets and customers, propelling business expansion.
- Drive specification growth in Hospitality and Commercial projects through targeted efforts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Key Account Plans aligned with company strategy, fostering strong client relationships.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, partners, and official bodies, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continually analyze Key Account dynamics to identify and capitalize on potential.
- Effectively manage annual sales budgets across customers, territories, and segments.
- Provide regular performance feedback with analytical insights for each segment, customer, and territory.
- Address stakeholder needs promptly and professionally.
- Partner with marketing to identify and close product/service gaps, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage customer and project pricing, ensuring competitive offers while maintaining regional profitability.
- Document all customer interactions using approved systems and tools, maintaining professionalism and transparency.
- Secure the successful conversion of specified projects into profitable sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a degree/ diploma in Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on key account management and business development.
- Experience in building services industry especially with commercial construction projects in the hospitality and commercial sectors.
- Proficient in computer skills especially MS Excel, PPT, Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships.
