**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Participate actively in a structured rotational program across various departments, including Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services.
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior managers on strategic initiatives and projects to gain practical experience in business planning and execution.
- Develop problem-solving skills by identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions within assigned projects.
- Assist in managing client relationships to understand the fundamentals of client servicing and customer satisfaction.
- Complete assigned projects and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience through internships, volunteer work, or academic projects is a plus.
