**Job Title: Management Trainee (HR and Salon Operations)**

**Job Level**:Junior/Entry Level

**Department**:HR andBeauty Department

**Location**: Orchard Central, Singapore

**Allowance**:$3,700/month

**Working days**: 5-6 days a week

**THE JOB**:

- Assist in daily wellness studio operations, including class scheduling, client registration, and front-desk support
- Ensure excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly
- Coordinate with instructors, therapists, and stylists to deliver smooth and high-quality sessions
- Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement
- Monitor studio upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Learn inventory management, including ordering and tracking wellness products or supplies
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational management, and client relations skills
- Prepare basic reports on client attendance, service feedback, and operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance) to align operations with business goals
- Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate about being trained in Human Resources and Salon Operations and willing to learn.
- Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type.
