Administrative Executive

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Spectrum of Human Resources functions including salary and benefits administration.
- Handle payroll function and ensure timely / accurate processing of payroll transaction
- Handle leave management and ensure timely / accurate processing of leave transaction
- Process any tax-related matter and claim-related matter for employee
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Update office policies and procedures as needed
- Provide administrative support to office in a timely, proactive and diligent manner
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of human resource experience.
- At least basic accounting knowledge
- Good team player yet able to work independently
- Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organised
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
**Additional Information**:
