This is a part time role, not required to work on all days.

Working Location : Orchard Hotel

Working hours:
Mon-Fri : 11am to 3pm
Sat-Sun : 11am to 8pm

Duties
- Managing inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner
- To handle reservation enquiries as well as ensuring all reservation-related information are accurate
- Skilfully upselling products and services, i.e. menu items, promotions and loyalty programme
- Acquire full knowledge about all restaurants, promotions, special offers
- Updating guest database in TableCheck where necessary
- Assist Kitchen and other F&B requirement for special guest request
- Updating existing dining membership data
- Following up on guest feedbacks with Restaurant Manager
- Keeping track of all third party online bookings
- Informing outlets and management about VIP guest bookings

**Requirements**:

- Training provided
- Computer literate
- Attentive to details
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette
- Willing to work on weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance, Student job
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: Up to $14.00 per hour
