We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to join our team, you will responsible for sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Job Role

1) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

2) Attending to customer needs and provide assistance and information on products features.

3) Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly basis.

4) Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

5) Cross sell products

6) Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

7) Comply with inventory control procedures

8) Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Qualification

1) At least 2 years of proven experience as Retail Sales Associate.

2) Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

3) Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

4) Hands-on experience with POS transactions.

5) Familiarity with inventory procedures.

6) A friendly and energetic personality with customer services focus.

7) Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.

8) Availability to work flexible shifts.

9) Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

10) Minimum high school or polytechnic graduate.

Salary shows are only applicable for Part Timer, for Full Time applicant please stated your expected salary in your resume.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
