Bridal Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and inspire the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:Develop and execute sales strategies, including market positioning, customer analysis, and competitive analysis.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and positive customer experiences.
- **Product Knowledge**:Possess in-depth knowledge of bridal products, including wedding dresses, accessories, and related services.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- **Training and Development**:Provide ongoing training and development for sales team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee and manage bridal inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and enticing product displays.
- **Budget Management**:Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless business operations.
- **Market Trends Awareness**:Stay abreast of bridal industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven Sales Leadership**:Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- **Bridal Industry Experience**:Substantial experience in the bridal industry with a strong understanding of bridal products and customer preferences.
