We are seeking a talented and passionate Bridal Stylist to join our team. The Bridal Stylist will play a pivotal role in providing personalized styling consultations, understanding client preferences, involved in designing and assisting in marketing content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized consultations and assist clients in selecting wedding gowns based on their individual style preferences, body type.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, vision, and unique requirements for their wedding attire.
- Translate based on client preferences and design ideas into sketches or descriptions for custom gown designs.
- Coordinate gown fittings and alterations with seamstresses.
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and teammates.
- Creation of marketing content, including photos and videos, to showcase bridal gowns, and the overall bridal shopping experience.
- Participate in content planning meetings and contribute ideas for engaging and visually appealing marketing campaigns.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining the visual presentation of the bridal studio, including organizing gown inventory and accessories displays.
- Perform any additional tasks required to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of the bridal studio.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a bridal stylist, fashion consultant, or in a similar role within the bridal or fashion industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of bridal fashion trends, designers, and gown construction techniques will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion and styling aesthetics.
- Ability to translate client preferences into custom gown designs that meet their needs and convert to sales.
- Experience in photography and/or videography, with proficiency in capturing and editing high-quality images and videos will be an advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing marketing content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing client appointments and tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work minimum one weekends for client appointments and events.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling appointments, managing client information, and editing photos/videos.
- A passion for weddings and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best on their special day.

**Education**:
A certification in fashion design, merchandising, photography, videography, or a related field is preferred but not required. Preferably 1 year experience in bridal styling, fashion retail, or content creation.
