**About the Role** **What You Will Do**: - Work with our product team to solve requirements related to customer journeys on mobile native, Flutter, and Web - Lead projects to implement features across multiple apps - Improve the customer experience for our existing apps by optimizing the usability, performance, and code quality - Contribute to architecture decisions across teams and shape the technical direction - Mentor and grow other developers to build a culture of learning and innovation - Participate in production support and respond to alerts and escalations in customer support **What You Will Need**: - 6-8 years of mobile app development in Android - Knowledge of building apps in Android native and Flutter, and familiarity with Android/Flutter Dev Tools - Experience architecting and maintaining a consumer-facing app, including release planning, monitoring, and testing practices - Familiar with the entire SDLC, and Agile project management practices like Scrum - Strong sense of good UI and UX best practices - Knowledge of building web apps in React (preferred) or any other web framework - Experience with backend development using Java/Kotlin/Nodejs/Go etc is a plus - Experience with team or people management is a plus **About the Team** Our team works to provide responsible and sustainable financial services to millions of Indonesians.
