**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full spectrum of administrative and operational support (pre-event to post-event) to the office for outreach activities and events in areas such as coordination, purchases, logistics, marketing communications, collation of information, data collection and analysis, etc. This will involve the coordination and collaboration with schools, offices in NTU, student helpers, vendors, and other related stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and developing effective and engaging outreach events.
- Manage and execute outreach events on-site to ensure smooth running of events and participate in outreach events.
- Provide support with marketing and publicity assets such as EDM, backdrop designs and long form videos
- Provide support in managing the school's Instagram by uploading real-time content during events.
- Assist in the design conceptualisation, development, implementation and production of programme collateral and other activations.
- Engage stakeholders (faculty, students, alumni, etc.) to plan and create a pipeline of engaging content for social media.
- Update databases for outreach events and conduct post-event surveys and analysis to improve future outreach activities and achieve outreach objectives.
- Promote the School’s programmes to prospective students at outreach and admissions events/activities.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks related assigned by the Academics Office to contribute to the overall success and functioning of the team and School.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficient with videography and editing tools
- Meticulous and organized, with the ability to multi-task
- Proactive, analytical and resourceful
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Good sense of initiative and responsibility and positive working attitude
- Ability to manage stressful situations
