**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
**1. Outreach and Engagement, Events**
- Reach out to tertiart student community, initiate dialogues, conduct surveys to understand the interest and concerns of students.
- Support the Manager, Outreach and Engagement in managing the outreach and student engagement initiatives across the tertiary and manage the event calendar.
- Recruit I&E Student Ambassadors and organise programmes (e.g., talks, panel discussions, workshops, I&E social gatherings etc.) to involve and engage them.
- Support the Manager in seeking collaboration opportunities with students’ clubs, societies and external partners.
- Conceptualise outreach programmes based on findings in student surveys and the tertiary I&E objectives, and draft proposals for consideration.
- Organise student ambassadors or collaborators in the planning, execute and manage events logistics and publicity efforts that contribute towards the Center’s objectives to promote and advance entrepreneurship in the tertiary.
- Organise and manage student and corporate gifts, its distribution and inventory.

**2. Marketing and Publicity**
- Assist in the creation of publicity materials (e.g., posters, banners, floor stickers, digital brochure, corporate gifts etc) in accordance with the tertiary corporate guidelines.

**3. External Relations**
- Support the Manager, Outreach and Engagement to carry out initiatives, projects, and events with external partners and alumni.
- Support the Manager, Outreach and Engagement in contacting prospective external partner and organising data related to the prospective external partner for assessment and reporting purposes.
- Consolidate requests for resources and propose plan for allocation by prioritising resources with Manager to drive specific outcomes.
- Support outcome assessment and review processes.
- Execute data collection to generate quarterly reports on progress.

**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business preferred.
- Experience in planning and organising outreach and engagement events for universities or similar IHLs
- Experience in events management
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders or managing client relationships/ accounts.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan work activities in an organised manner and work under tight timelines
- A self-starter, resourceful and creative with good communication and writing skills
- Enjoys interacting with young audience
