Singapore INGENIQUE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Full time

Work with marketing to identify and strategize new markets,
- Develop sales plan to maximize sales revenue for assigned markets (primarily Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and other South-east Asian countries),
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of leads,
- Provide leadership and coaching to sales team,
- Ensure renewal of subscriptions,
- Participate in product demonstrations and events,
- Develop executive level relationship with customers and associations,
- Innovate to increase productivity of sales processes,
- Monitor and manage collection of overdue payments.
- OTE - up to SGD 140,000

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise or compliance software space.
- Proven track record of managing sales team.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements in Southeast Asia markets.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Able to build relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to travel on short notice.
- As you may be communicating with partners from China and Hong Kong, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
