The HR Manager is a key member of the BCGDV People & Talent Team, providing HR strategy and support to our Singapore office. The position is responsible for developing and executing a talent strategy to support the growth of DV's SEA business including employer value proposition, reward, performance management & development systems; as well as culture and engagement. They will build upon the foundations of a best-in-class HR function that is aligned to the strategic business agenda of DV and its ventures. They will be a thought partner to the Director of People & Operations on all aspects of the people and talent agenda, and will provide sound advice and counsel to other leaders in the business. The HR Manager will build trust in the HR function, and implement customer-centric HR processes which enable rapid growth.

**In this role you will**:

- Drive the development and execution of the people strategy for the SEA business, working closely with People & Operations Director and Business Leaders
- Scale our People function to ensure best in class people management focused on fulfilling our Employee Value Proposition
- Devise best practice people programs that enhance engagement and drive employee satisfaction
- Evolve (with DV global), implement and coordinate the execution of a performance evaluation and employee development model to enable fair performance assessment and effective career development
- Oversee HR initiatives; ensure alignment to employer value proposition and the promises we have made to the team
- Be a flag bearer for our culture and align with and embed DV's core values in all we do and implement
- Coach leaders on topics relating to human performance, interpersonal relationships, and leadership effectiveness
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters as required

**You should have**:

- Undergraduate degree in business, HR or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred
- 8 + years experience in an HR Manager / Business Partner or equivalent role
- Communication, data analysis, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork, and leadership experience
- Strong strategic and creative problem solving skills
- Demonstrated situational flexibility and strong leadership skills
- At least 2+ years of experience in a digital/tech company or professional services company (at least 200 employees).
- Passion and drive for technology, and desire to remain current with digital trends and topics.
- Can do attitude and growth mindset
