**Holloberg **has partnered with one of the leading multinational companies selling industrial equipment. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing sales team. It's a stable and organically growing company with top notch product in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain existing accounts and actively engage new customers,
- Manage distributor relationships with channel partners and identify new ones to expand to new markets in Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines,
- To ensure that sales concepts and strategies are successfully implemented on the defined customers,
- To be responsible for the performance of the accounts under his / her control,
- To actively explore for new business leads while selling in a solution-based approach at the end-user level,
- To fully understand the company’s operations and bridge the communications between our customers and the company,
- To effectively communicate commercial and technical proposals to customers to build long term business prospects and relationships,
- To assist in business development and participate in projects and exhibitions.

**Requirements**:

- Commercial experience in an industrial sales role across products such as welding, pumps, automation, fire safety, steel, industrial gases or other industrial equipment,
- Having experience in selling to at least one of the following: shipyards, offshore, processing, petrochemical, construction or other heavy industries,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Driven critical thinker and team player,
- Experience dealing with channel partners and distributors would be a plus.
