Bd & Partnerships Exec

As a BD and Partnerships exec, your key responsibilities will include identifying and pitching creative partnership opportunities to potential partners, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with current partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads to drive revenue growth for our project, and negotiating and closing deals with potential partners and clients.
You will be expected to develop and execute a partnerships strategy for key products and aspects of our Web3 project, including event sponsorship sales, NFT sales, and membership sales. You will also need to stay up to date on the latest trends in the Web3 space, constantly seeking out new opportunities for our project to thrive.
Requirements for this role include having 1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales, preferably in the Web3 or technology space. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as being a natural networker with the ability to foster long-lasting partnerships. A passion for driving innovation in the Web3 space is also important.
Key skills that will be valuable in this role include out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change, and a desire to constantly learn and stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space. Strong sales skills and the ability to identify and pursue new leads will also be beneficial.
