**You are a Senior Motion Designer**:
A Carbon Designer plays a critical role in the creative team. You bring the ideas to life through high-value design execution. Your final touches sprinkle the magical dust on the creative product. Your critical eye, high standards and creative excellence ensures that all Carbon work is client worthy.

Designers at Carbon are also conceptors. We want your imagination to play out into tangible artistic creative products.

**Your responsibilities are (but not limited to)**:

- Create compelling design assets and animations for an array of media including web, social, mobile, experiential and display client touchpoints
- Develop skills in all aspects of animation including modeling, simulation and motion design
- Execute fully animated content pieces end-to-end
- Act as mentor to more junior designers and manage workflow and productivity when necessary
- Join client creative kick off meetings, asking questions and having input to ensure smooth and informed initiation of the creative process
- Support in creating pitch decks and contributing to concept development
- Confidently work across one or more workstreams and projects at any given time ensuring timelines and creative objectives are met
- Assist in the creation of mood boards, styleframes, storyboards and other design collateral that supports the creative process
- Work collaboratively with the creative team(s) to develop exciting and thoughts provoking creative concepts and ideas
- When required support the management team with training of new employees on design software, systems and processes
- When required present creative ideas and design work to clients while ensuring feedback is communicated back to the creative and project teams
- Maintain the highest of standard of excellence in all creative output
- Stay informed of design trends and innovations that can be applied to your work and wider Carbon business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
