**What the role is**
- You are responsible for managing the protocol database of the countries under your purview, coordinating Defence Relations (DR) and non-DR events where appropriate, and supporting the delivery of protocol training.
**What you will be working on**
- Maintain and update essential protocol details - Organise and execute both DR and other types of formal events jointly with protocol experts - Assist in conducting or facilitating training sessions on protocol procedures and etiquette - Be appointed with secondary roles or responsibilities as necessary Challenge(s) - Managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines without compromising on quality, efficiency, or effectiveness - Being proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements to manage workload pressures and shifting demands - Being capable of communicating confidently and effectively with local principals and foreign delegates
