Director, FP&A Transformation & Analytics

**Responsibilities**

FP&A Analytics
- Works with cross FP&A leaders, anticipates needs and makes recommendations for the vision for FP&A Analytics Strategy, aligned with the overall Finance Analytics strategy and plan.
- Creates and leads overall multi-period project plan for the execution of the FP&A Analytics Strategy
- Establishes and maintains control framework and process for the management of analytics master data in partnership with IT.
- Partners with CRO Consolidation & Reporting team to deliver new capabilities.

FP&A Transformation- Leads process for evaluation and approval of FP&A Transformation projects
- Creates and leads overall multi-period project plan for the execution of the FP&A Transformation Strategy

People Management
- Leads a team that includes people managers who are accountable for the objectives of their team
- Assesses and improves employee engagement
- Responsible for hiring decisions, defining jobs responsibilities and balancing workloads
- Responsible for defining objectives, quarterly conversations, performance counselling, coaching and career development
- Responsible for succession planning recommendations and contributing to and driving the people development strategy

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years experience in finance or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred
- CPA/CFA certification preferred
