**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**
- Responsible for providing analytics and insights for the strategic and financial decisions for SG WRB. This includes forecasting financial performance, returns and EVA optimization, Balance Sheet, Impairment, NII and RWA analytics, and competitive performance and benchmarking.
- Key central coordinator across all WRB Finance teams, Group and Country FP&A for internally communicating of SG WRB’s financial performance and all SG WRB matters.

**Business**
- Review the Business financial performance and provide insights, areas of opportunities and early warnings of the challenges ahead to the SG WRB MT and SG WRB CFO on total WRB business financial performance.

**Processes**
- Review and ownership of flash, outlook, forecasting and monthly performance for SG WRB.
- Regular report and tracking financials and non-financial value drivers in coordination within SG WRB Business and Finance team.
- Active participation in the Corporate Planning exercise for SG WRB supporting setting of targets.
- Work on transforming FP&A process to improve speed, timeliness and quality of information available within FP&A systems and exploring new automation tools and future analytics.

**People & Talent**
- Work effectively and collaboratively with finance/non finance colleagues within WRB Group finance, country finance and offshore teams.
- Ensure ongoing training and self-development for both current role and future aspirations from a career growth perspective.
- Guide the extended team in India to ensure that each individual team member achieves their potential and that the team together delivers its collective agenda.

**Risk Management**
- Participate and contribute in risk discussions as required to facilitate better external and internal communication of SG WRB’s risk matters impacting financial performance.

**Governance**
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which SG operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations to the role
- Represent SG WRB finance function at key WRB & Group forums as required for matters relating to financial performance of SG WRB

**Other Responsibilities**
- Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in WRB Finance Teams.
- 12+ years relevant experience in finance at a leading global financial services firm, preferably banking.
- Qualified Accountant i.e., CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent, or MBA (Finance) or other relevant qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding and/or previous experience in Wealth and Retail products is preferred.
- Ability to develop forward looking financials model and impact analysis.
- Ability to design/prepare senior level financial presentations/dashboards.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and managing broad processes while challenging the status quo and embracing the spirit of transformation.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and returns of financial products.
- Strong Commercial Acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage varied stakeholders and global teams within finance and business.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and ambiguity.
