We are looking for a competent Production and Operations Executive to assist in production matters for events and conferences. You will work with a Production Manager to focusing on quality, time management and budget constraints.

**Scope of Work**
- Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating of ‘live’ or hybrid events, conferences and exhibitions in Singapore and regional countries.
- Vendor sourcing, cost negotiation and managing suppliers relationships.
- Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing.
- On site set up supervision and production management from fabrication to activation for events and exhibitions.
- Technical requirements supervision and management, including for audio, video, lighting, electrical, and related requirements.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day.
- Manage risk assessment, safety regulations and process management.
- Occasional overseas projects.

**Criteria**
- Experience in project / production management for relevant events, conferences or exhibition.
- Relevant experience and knowledge in set construction, audio, video and light requirements for events and exhibitions.
- Detailed communication and follow up with internal design and events teams.
- Strong supplier management and quality control to ensure supplier deliver high quality service.
- Good organisational techniques with attention to details.
- Understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts), &
- Possess positive attitude, in good health and preferably fit.
