Aicadium is looking for a **Director of AI Ventures **to join our growing team here in Singapore.

What you will do
- This role requires an entrepreneurial individual to discover and co-develop novel AI products with Temasek portfolio companies in the manufacturing, industrials, and healthcare spaces
- You will operate as a combination of entrepreneurial strategy consultant and venture builder, helping to incubate and launch new AI ventures in the industrials or healthcare space, backed by a world class AI and engineering team out of Aicadium, Temasek’s AI center of excellence
- You will develop conduct market analysis, develop business case and product hypotheses for new ventures before driving the early go-to-market with co-development partners and early customers.

What skills and experiences are we looking for
- More than 10 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting or business development
- Understanding of a combination of manufacturing, industrials and/or healthcare domain and how technology is transforming these industries
- Keen mixture of entrepreneurial and analytical ability and an understanding of how technology can change business models
- Comfortable working with large enterprises, but with a startup mindset that involves a strong bias to action and comfort with uncertainty
