Castlery is looking for a Senior Specialist, People Operations to join our employee-centric People team

Our People Operations specialists are a vital part of the employee experience at Castlery. Part of the People Operations function within the People team, they focus on ensuring the smooth and error-free execution of our day-to-day people operations.

This role will have a direct impact on the experience of our Castlery crew across our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the US, and will be a great fit for someone that is constantly looking for better, more efficient ways to ensure frictionless people operations. This role will be actively involved as we grow and scale the company, learning about different markets and regulatory frameworks, as well as new processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Review our existing People processes to identify opportunities for improvement, whether through process iteration, systems acquisition, or policy change
- Conduct research into new markets/regulatory districts/countries whenever we require
- Work closely with finance to ensure the error-free reconciliation of payroll and claims on a monthly basis
- Champion the voice of the employee
- Support other functions within the People team on performance and engagement initiatives

**What you’ll need**
- At least three years’ experience in a people operations function
- Preferably, this will include experience in a growth-stage start-up, and prior experience in a HR generalist or non-HR function
- Knowledge of the employment law in Malaysia, Australia, and/or the US will be highly advantageous
- A strong attention to detail paired with a commitment to operational excellence
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- IHRP-CP/SP certification is a definite plus

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
