Web Specialist

For our Global IT HQ, we are hiring a Web Specialist, to assist building new functionality in our existing code base and to improve existing capabilities by writing code adhering to coding best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new functionality in the existing code base
- Improve the already developed capabilities by writing code adhering to coding best practices
- Analyze system requirements provided by the Product Owner and self-prioritize the work among other team members
- Solve issues and/ or bugs arising after deployment in the production environment based on stakeholder feedback
- Plan, participate and lead production deployment activities and ensure successful completion.

**Experience**
- Interest in building robust UIs with modern tools like React, NodeJS, Angular JS, GraphQL will be bonus
- Full Stack Sitecore experience will be a major advantage
- .NET Software Development (C#), MVC,.Net Core, WebAPI will be bonus
- Knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working in cross-functional teams using Scrum and/or Kanban
- 4+ years of experience shipping high-quality front-end/ back-end code
- Knowledge about system integrations, data mapping and software development principles

**Personal and performance competencies**
- Passionate about building production-ready features fast
- Have a high bar for the quality of code and automating repetitive development tasks as well as a high attention to detail
- Development practices: pair programming, planning poker, CI or CD, TDD, BDD are good to have
