Join Origin Herbal Hair Treatment Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Officer and be the face of our growing business. In this full-time, customer-facing role based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. With a strong focus on building lasting relationships, this role is integral to the success of our business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing professional and friendly customer service to address customer concerns and queries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Assisting with order queries, returns and exchanges (Occasionally for E-commerce)
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, patient and professional attitude
- A team player with a strong customer-centric focus
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (We have many elderly mandarin speaking customers for call ins)
