Responsibilities
- Management and operation of the kitchen's pastry section, as well as communication with the executive chef and sous chefs, are required to ensure a productive working environment.
- Baking and other kitchen tools are used to prepare the ingredients.
- Making pastries, baked goods, and confections from a recipe.
- Make new recipes using seasonal ingredients.
- Pastries and desserts are decorated to make an eye-catching and flavorful presentation.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or other relevant role in the food industry.
- Understanding of baking techniques and the process of making pastries
- Cake and dessert decorations necessitate both creative and artistic abilities.
- Food preparation, sanitation, and nutrition knowledge are required.
