**What are we up to?**

At Go City we create experiences that delight our customers. We’re looking for a passionate Trading Manager who will play a key part in our rapid and exciting expansion in APAC. We’re looking for someone who can be an analytical storyteller. This person will look at campaign data and find meaning, insights, ideas, and opportunities to improve on current strategies. This person will contribute to our existing culture of leading decision-making with data. Our vision for the trading manager is to help drive profitable sales growth for Go City through seamless execution and relentless optimization of end-to-end online shopper experiences.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Maximise the commercial performance of Go City’s products in the APAC region.
- Use a data-driven approach to spot trends and opportunities to optimise the site.
- Work with the performance marketing team and other stakeholders to optimise the product portfolio, pricing and other performance indicators in order to drive sales results.
- Track and monitor commercial performance as well as key data and insights to take corrective actions (e.g. site content or product optimization)
- Explore global vs local trends to make recommendations on how to leverage localised content and purchasing experiences.
- Develop deep expertise on our ecommerce tools, supporting documentation efforts to improve overall Ecommerce team capabilities.
- Develop and implement commercial action plans for key customer source markets and products.
- Coordinate with the wider marketing team to assess effectiveness of promotions, optimise campaigns and identify local opportunities.
- Coordinate with Destination, Pricing and Customer Service teams to track and improve NPS and Ecommerce profitability.
- Playing a crucial role in building the data infrastructure that will support long-term analytic needs
- Work with cross functional business partners on solution design to ensure the quality of marketing data.
- You’ll be the expert in gathering, analysing, interpreting, and reporting metrics for all digital channels and educating the team on the performance and impact of these efforts.
- Responsible for identifying, measuring, and monitoring key performance indicators and develop data driven recommendations that drive growth.
- Provide stakeholder with insightful measurements and furnish actionable recommendations to shape future decisions.

**Requirements**:
**What will you have / Who are you?**

**Essential**:
- 5+ years of ecommerce, digital marketing, or commercial experience
- Known for your astute business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated individual with a ‘get up and go’ attitude - someone who is highly energised and motivated
- Proven working experience in Digital Ecommerce and knowledge of digital marketing
- Consistent track record of delivering ecommerce sales uplift
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
