_We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join the team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace._

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced coffee
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee drinks by following established recipes and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns
- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work surfaces
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee bar
- Stay updated on current coffee trends and products to provide recommendations to customers

**Requirements**:

- Secondary education or high school diploma
- Barista training or certification is preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs and requests
- Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order taking
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
