**The Role**

We are looking for a project coordinator who will play a key role in DFI’s success by tracking and analysing the workflow of the various projects under the Food, Health and Beauty and Convenience banners withing the Southeast Asian region.

The objective of the role is to track and analyse internal project schedules and work with Store Design and Project leadership team on critical milestones required to deliver a pipeline of projects as well as meet the scheduled deadlines of those projects within the company. In addition, also tracking design deliverables, contracts and invoicing of all external design consultants for the design aspect of the projects, working closely with the Property Team, Design Team, Project Team and other key cross functional partners. The contribution of the individual ensures that the growth pipeline for on-going and new projects throughout Southeast Asia will be delivered on time.
- Facilitate the execution and completion of company project development targets.
- Analyse workflows and prepare reports and analysis on project pipelines.
- Develop forecasts for project completions across departments and countries, and track these to understand and explain variances.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into a comprehensive pipeline.
- Track deliverables and key milestones and report against targets.
- Follow up with property team, designers, project managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all intended scope of work and deliverables are met.
- Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate actual performance vs business case.

**About You**

We are looking for a process oriented, analytical and detailed individual with the ability to take data points from multiple sources and compile them into an organised database. Able to work through forecast models and provide project completion timelines paying close attention to detail. A good team player, comfortable with working with people on a personal level and remotely via phone/ emeetings.

Someone who exudes proactiveness, initiative and constantly seeks improved ways of working in order to create a positive impact on the processes. An individual that possesses strong communication skills clearly articulating milestones with the confidence to hold people accountable for deliverables, to escalate where required with the ability to clearly communicate their ideas visually and verbally.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a multinational corporation or a retail conglomerate.
- Professional degree in Project Management, Statistics, Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field of study for any of the mentioned.
- Able to understand write and converse in fluent English.
