- Lead and/or support the development of detailed project plans across all relevant departments to ensure project success:

- Define the overall project scope and design the project structure.
- Perform detailed scoping of the project by working closely with all

functional leads - including the alignment of the workstream’s outcome,

responsibilities, task lists and timelines.
- Establish a project communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are

well aligned on key project topics.
- Lead and/or support the execution of detailed project plans and coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules to achieve project objectives through regular workstream and project update sessions.
- Perform regular review and monitoring of the project against the planned tasks and timelines and update where required to meet changing project requirements. Communicate project plan updates to all project stakeholders.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage project risks in an effective manner.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, business cases, and presentation updates for submission and approval. Preparation work includes performing market research, competitor analysis, etc.
- Create, organize, and maintain records of project documents including templates for reporting, project file management, etc.
- Lead and/or support the planning and execution of cross-functional business initiatives in accordance with business priorities.

**YOUR TALENT**:
Min Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business
-1-2 years’ experience in a strategy, consulting, or project management role within the consumer product/ sports/ fashion industry.
Excellent communication skills - English - both verbal and written.
