**Position Overview**:The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Director and stakeholders by handling various administrative tasks, assisting with basic accounting duties, managing appointments, and overseeing social media accounts. The role requires proficiency in both English and Chinese, as well as the ability to complete simple design tasks using Canva.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Simple Accounting**:Manage basic accounts, including tracking expenses, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.
Assist with preparing reports or summaries of financial data as required.
Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and that all appointments are confirmed.
Handle any necessary rescheduling or cancellations.
- **Design and Content Creation**:Create simple designs for marketing materials, presentations, and other documents using Canva.
Ensure designs align with the company's branding and visual identity.
Assist in designing social media posts and other visual content.
- **Social Media Management**:Post content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) in both Chinese and English.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries or comments as needed.
Ensure that posts are aligned with the company's voice and marketing strategy.
- **Administrative Support**:Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Experience with basic accounting software or financial recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and content management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
