Singapore Institutional Catering Services Full time

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily. We provide over 16 million meals a year to various commercial and governmental organisations such as the Ministry of Defence. Today, apart from offering retail management services, we are a major food caterer for the childcare and nursing home sectors.

DESIGNATION : Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ordering and assisting the Executive Sous Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations systems and inpatient food services
- Provide effective support to client on all operational matters
- In-charge of indent ordering and sales reporting

QUALIFICATIONS
- General Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Additional qualification in healthcare services would be advantage
- Some knowledge of healthcare operations and service processes is essential
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills

OTHER INFORMATION
- Work Location: 10, Senoko Way, S758031 & Nursing Home at Lakeside, Tampines, Pasir Ris
- 6 days work week, rest day on either Saturday or Sunday
- 8 hours per shift (between 6am to 6pm)
