Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team and drive sales, lead daily operations, deliver great customer experiences and ensure high standards consistently. At Druggists, we take pride in being the kind of place where you show up for a bite and end up staying for the vibe.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 years F&B experience in a FOH or Bar role
- Minimum 2 years leading and motivating teams
- Proven record in increasing restaurant sales through attracting new customers in and through customer engagement
- Proven record in adhering to operating and product SOPs
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kegs (up to 30L kegs) required
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Minimum basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
- Basic knowledge of craft beer, cocktails and wines
- Experience in writing staff progress reports, conducting sales analysis, (via Excel or other tools), P&L analysis and report writing (preferably)
