We have offices in New York, Singapore, Antwerp and Amsterdam with teams across 27 locations - we’ve committed to remote first, allowing our teams to locate in the places that work for them while still providing face-to-face bonding by always aiming to have multiple people in the same city. For this position, we're looking to hire someone in Singapore, Indonesia or Philippines.

Your day to day
- You work closely with prospective corporate partners and our teams to design, structure and execute corporate innovation programs and transformations
- You support corporate innovation teams in their quest for new business opportunities. Jointly, you turn these opportunities into significant business value and results (by generating new revenue streams, new product launches, etc).
- You facilitate product & innovation teams in a structured and agile way. You guide them through the different phases of innovative product or service developments
- You grow meaningful long-term partnerships and anticipate their challenges in innovation, you develop successful innovation strategies, as well as identify, conceptualize and create new product-market combinations.

**Requirements**:

- You have experience working in innovation/strategy consulting. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy working at start up speed, are results oriented and get things done
- You are tech-and tool()-savvy and skilled in designing and executing impactful evaluative and generative experiments using digital tools. You're interested in quantifying things.
- You have a strong background in (corporate) innovation (eg as an innovation consultant, business model innovation expert, business designer, human-centered designer, design strategist, product manager,) and you can comfortably challenge C-level on their innovation strategy
- You know how to do UX research and you had first experiences validating business hypotheses through quantitative research and digital experiments
- You have contributed to business development before by (co)creating proposals or co-pitched services to prospective clients
- You have an academic background in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Design, Business, Technology or a related field
- You are fluent in English. Other Asian languages are an asset.
- You identify strongly with our mission, values and culture
- You are credible, you easily connect with people and you have a to-the-point communication style

Where You'll Be
- We expect regular collaboration with our other business designers, who are based in Singapore / Philippines
- We expect you to live in or move to one of the three countries (Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia), allowing you to closely work with people that can coach and inspire you on the job
- Once you grow into a more senior role at Board of Innovation, you can work from anywhere
