【 業務内容 】
- 財務評価モデルの作成・分析
- M&A、デューデリジェンス、調査のための財務諸表の分析
- 潜在クライアントおよび既存クライアント向けのプレゼンテーション資料作成
- クライアントとの関係構築・維持
- M&A、資金調達、パートナーシップなどにおけるクロスボーダー取引の機会創出、実行
- チームとの密な連携、レポートラインはCEOとなります

Requirement**:

- 四大卒以上
- 英語ビジネスレベル’（社内用語はすべて英語）
- 最低５年以上の、金融機関、コンサル、会計事務所などでの関連業務経験
- 財務評価、財務会計の基礎知識

Working Hour**:
8:30 ~ 17:30
