Associate / Assistant Vice President (Japanese

Our client is a listed Japanese financial company. Currently, they are looking for an Associate / Assistant Vice President who experienced dealer before. The department is Asia & Oceania Treasury Department and you will report to the Japanese manager.
You will also work closely with the Tokyo Head Office and the regional Relationship Managers.
【What you will be working on】
- Providing hedging solutions to corporate clients (especially Japanese Corporates) based in Singapore and in the region to manage risk (FX risk, Interest risk, Commodity price risk etc.).
- Expanding FX & derivatives business with clients in Asia & Ocean region, collaborating with Treasury colleagues in each country.
- Contributing ideas and strategies to improve FX & derivatives business and collaborate with related departments.
- Responding to ad hoc requirements on the business as required.
- Preparing and submitting Management level reports in both English and Japanese language.
- ** Requirement**:

- Posses a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry and Corporate Treasury environment with professional experience in FX or Derivative Sales.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2-N1 level) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential as the incumbent is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond & communicate in these two languages.
- Strong understanding and affiliation in the Japanese financial industry with the relevant network.
- Preferably with experience in Cross border solutions and a good understanding of regulation (especially in the FX& derivatives area).
- Preferably with experience working in a Japanese corporate or Japanese corporate banking environment, within Asia / Oceania region.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, able to communicate effectively and interact confidently across all levels.
