Our Client is a Singapore-based consulting and advisory company. They provide support for cross-border business opportunities and currently, they are looking for an Associate/Vice President
【 What you will be doing 】
- Create and analyze financial valuation models
- Analyze financial statements for M&A, due diligence, and research
- Create presentation materials for potential and existing clients
- Reach out to and maintain client relationships
- Originate and execute cross-border transaction opportunities in M&A, fundraising, partnership, etc.
- ** Requirement**:
【 What they are looking for 】
- Basic knowledge of financial valuation
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2) in speaking, writing and listening are essential in order to communicate with Japanese clients.
- Preferable at least 3 years of professional experience in banking, consulting, accounting, or other relevant fields
- **Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
